Where did we start?
This client is a physiotherapist based in Brisbane that has been seeing steady conversions over the last several years. The goal of the campaign was to increase clicks from new clients and maintain a brand presence across a variety of key terms. This ad campaign began in November of 2019, and is still running currently.
What was our Ads strategy?
Our team recommended paid ads targeting a variety of strategies based on research done into the types of searches customers were making when looking for these services – including symptoms, locations, and the brand name.
These ads then made it easier for customers who were searching for back pain, for example, to see an ad for Graceville Physio at the top of the search results page. Clicking on any of these ads would take the customer directly to a purpose-built landing page which would give them exactly the information they needed and allow for each conversion to be specifically tracked.
The ads have been monitored and tweaked over the two plus years of this campaign to ensure they are targeting the best services for the customer, and the campaign encompasses the best paid ad methods for the most effective results.
Where is this client now?
Over the course of the clients ad campaign, the ads regularly averaged 100 new conversions from the ads per month, meaning the customer has clicked through and taken action. Result, on these dedicated ads pages, we could then see that these customers were most often directly making an online booking for an appointment, with calls to the clinic itself the next most popular action.
New ad campaigns have been designed in April 2022 to refine the campaign through remarketing, Performance Max streams, and continuing the already successful symptom and location based keywords. Because of these, we’re seeing increased clicks through and a higher conversion rate overall.
