Niina's Story
Tokyo-born, Niina Coleman has always had her eyes set on helping people. She moved to Australia at the age of seven with her family, and has called the beautiful Gold Coast home ever since, spreading her kindness volunteering for Surf Lifesaving an aged care homes in the community.
While she studied a Bachelor of Business, Majoring in Marketing, Niina got to know the other side of business working in hospitality and retail. This experience has proven useful, even in paid ads, knowing exactly how people’s mind’s think when they’re in the decision-making process. Using this, she can shape ads to work in her (and business’s) favour.
Joining the Digital Surfer team was the logical next step in Niina’s career. As someone who appreciates the closeness of family, living with her sister, she fits right into the family-feel of the team. Outside of the office, she is keeping fit at the gym or running, or drawing, which she often uses to help visualise ad concepts.
What does a paid ads specialist do?
A paid ads specialist helps businesses get in front of the right, ready-to-buy people through strategic advertising across platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. There’s more to it then setting up the campaign itself.
